In order to successfully be able to prep food in the morning, some work needs to be done on the weekends. I cut my cantaloupe, cooked the sweet potato chips and chicken and packed everything in tupperware on Sunday. My face in all of these is one of focus... LOL
Weigh out 4 oz of cantaloupe for my morning snack (2nd breakfast)
Pack 3 oz of sweet potato chips for 2nd lunch (afternoon snack)
To make the salad I use 3 oz of 50/50 Blend (50% spinach/50% spring mix).
I like to cut my lettuce up so its not in huge pieces...
cut up cucumbers
cut up 3 oz of chicken breast
VOILA!! 3 meals! Usually I have one more but today is the one day a week I go out for lunch.
