Your Goulash looks really tasty, especially the version in the big pot. Nothing better for your appetite than fresh air!
The Gulasch here in Northern Germany is made with cubed meat (beef or mixed beef/pork), bell peppers, onions and potatoes. Though there is a slight "war" regarding whether you brown the meat first or not ;)
That is also a good version. I know so many already and I'm always trying out new ones.
