Material :
- 350 g unsalted butter
- 200 g fine granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 150 g crushed cornflakes
- 50 g raisins, cut into small pieces

Sift into one:
- 350 g low protein flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
How to make :
1. Leave the butter at room temperature until soft and then put it in a container.
2. Add sugar and salt. Beat with a mixer until it becomes a soft creamy mixture.
3. Enter the eggs one by one while beating until well blended.
4. Add flour mixture gradually while stirring until completely combined.
5. Add cornflakes and raisins and mix well.
6. Prepare a flat baking sheet for pastries. Spoon the dough the size of a full teaspoon. Arrange on the tray.
7. Bake in the oven at 170 C for 20 minutes.
8. Remove from pan and let sit until completely cool and harden.
9. Store in an airtight container.
