AWesome! Love all of the connections and growing happening here :) I would recommend taking the Jerusalem artichokes out of the bag and putting them into some soil. They aren’t like dormant seeds, but are tubers that likely have some nodes and roots on them and are ready to go. Would hate for them to rot in the bag! Happy growing!!
