How to make the pudding of the candy (mehalbya)
The pudding of the candy is easy to prepare and everybody loves it. Feet with nuts or with bananas and cream or with honey for a delicious taste in summer. Some add a little rose water during preparation.
Ingredients:
1 kilo milk (preferably fresh and not canned)
4 tbsp starch (Cornflower)
1/2 cup cold water
8 tablespoons sugar
Nuts for serving
Method:
Heat the milk until it boils (about 15 minutes).
Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
At the same time, my heart starch in cold water.
Add the starch to the milk. And my heart so thickens the textures.
Grind it in a transparent mold and keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
Serve with bananas, cream, honey or nuts.
