Cinnamon cookies
Hello, and welcome back to another recipe post!
This time I have been making some delicious vegan cinnamon cookies 😋
Ingredients:
2 cups plain flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup vegan butter
2 tbsp plantbased milk (I used soymilk)
1 tsp vanilla extract
How to make them:
- Combine all the dry ingredients
- Melt the butter over medium heat
- Add the plantbased milk and the vanilla extract to the warm butter
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients
- Pop the dough in the fridge for about an hour (to cool down)
- Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius
- Bake the cookies for around 15 minutes (recipe makes 24 smallish cookies)
- ENJOY!
These cookies are so delicious, and if you love cinnamon, like me, you are going to adore them!
