Recipe Salmon Balls + Avocado Dip Sauce!
Hi everyone sorry for being so late, today im gonna share with you a Delicious Recipe! that i have cooked myself today and it was amazing :) So i can't wait for you to make it yourself and taste the amazing flavors!
Here we go!
Total time: 10-20 Minutes
Ingredients:
- Salmon Balls
500 grams Raw Salmon
Garlic
Mint
1 Red union
Coriander
2 ts (tablespoons) Soy sauce - Avocado Dip Sauce
1 Avocado
100 grams Greek Yoghurt
Lime Juice
Pepper
Salt
Take your mixer bowl/pot and drop the 500 grams of Raw Salmon into the bowl/pot.
Next add 1 small piece of garlic on top of the Salmon in your mixer.
Add arround 12 Mint Leaves into the mixer on top of the Salmon.
Add 1 Chopped up Red Union, the reason why we wanna chop up the union into smaller pieces is so that the mixer will have an easier time blending all ingredients. And the less longer it will take ;)
Add your Coriander into the mixer
Begin adding your 2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce in a circular motion
Can you smell it? Its beginning to come into full view! =D Now we will mix our ingredients, mix all ingredients till you have a nice mixed brown/orange paste.
The next thing you wanna do after mixing up the ingredients, is take 1 Empty Bowl and put the mixed paste into the bowl, We also wanna take one Empty Plate. Also clean your mixer out now because we will be using it in a little bit for the Avocado.
Begin rolling up the Paste into Medium Sized Balls
Next thing you wanna do is take a cooking pan with a large handle, and pour some Olive Oil into the pan. Place your Salmon Balls into the Cooking pan aproximatly 12 should fit nicely in one pan.
Cook the Salmon Balls untill they have a gold/brownish color and don't forget to turn them over when you cook them after about a minute or 2 one half should be nicely cooked.
We are almost Ready!
All we need to do now is mix 1 Advocado, Add our Greek Yoghurt, Add our Lime Juice, use some Pepper and Salt and our Delicious Salmon Balls are ready to be eaten! Take 1 Avocado and drop it into the mixer bowl/pot.
Add the 100 Grams of Greek Yoghurt on top of the Avocado into the mixer. Add 1/2 Lime Juice on top of it.
Add some pepper on top of the Greek Yoghurt and Avocado into the mixer.
Add some Salt on top of the peppered Greek Yoghurt and Avocado into the mixer.
Begin mixing the Avocado, Greek Yoghurt, Lime Juice, Pepper and Salt till you have a nice green paste.
Now the Salmon Balls and Avocado Dip Sauce can be served and Eaten.
