#1 Asians eat fish almost everyday

 Protein and nutrients aside, the biggest benefit to eating fish is the omega-3 fatty acids. But everybody knows that sea food is not calorie food. You can eat fish 3 times a day if you want and you won't be fat, of course that is not all that asian people eat.

#2 They eat every part of the animal

 Southeast Asian cooks the feet, necks, tendons, tails, and heads. They don't throw anything. Maybe that is the secret for their good looking.

#3  They Eat More Fermented Food

 The fermentation process removes plant defenses and adds good bacteria to the gut. This is similar to the probiotic pills americans in North America use. 

  

#4 They avoid sweets

I know how bad this sounds. Everybody love sweet, i don't know how i can live a day without eating chocolate for example but asians can handle themselves somehow and that is why they are so thin maybe. Another fact is that too much fructose may even have addictive properties that make us eat more and want more. 

#5  They Regularly Use Herbs & Spices

 The rosemary, thyme, cayenne, sage, garlic, cinnamon, turmeric, and cumin in your spice cabinet have a tremendous number of health benefits including, but not limited to, increasing metabolism and circulation, reducing blood pressure and cholesterol, helping with digestion, and improving insulin sensitivity.
