Carrot cake my favorite / torta de zanahoria mi favorita

hi friends, i want to show you my favorite recipe and dessert
Ingredients:
6 beaten eggs
2 1/2 cups of sugar
1 1/2 corn oil
3 cups of rising wheat flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
3 cinnamon cherries
2 cts of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
3/4 cups of crushed walnuts
5 cups of grated carrot
1 cup of vanilla
Preparation:
Beat the eggs and sugar, and little by little add the oil, for 5 minutes, then add the wheat flour previously mixed with the baking powder, pinch of salt, cinnamon and pinch of salt. When the mixture is homogeneous, add the grated carrots, nuts and vanilla.
Take the oven for a period of 1 1/2 hours at a temperature of 170C.

Ingredientes:
6 huevos batidos
2 1/2 tzas de azucar
1 1/2 de aceite de maiz
3 tzas de harina de trigo leudante
1 cdta de bicarbonato
3 cdtas de canela
2 cdtas de polvo de hornear
1 pizca de sal
3/4 tzas de nueces trituradas
5 tzas de zanahoria rallada
1 cdta de vainilla
Preparacion:
Batir los huevos y azucar, y poco a poco agregar el aceite,por 5 minutos , luego incorporar la harina de trigo previamente mezclada con el polvo de hornear, pizca de sal,canela y pizca de sal. Cuando la mezcla este homogenea, se le añade las zanahorias ralladas, nueces y vainilla.
LLevar al horno por un lapso de 1 1/2 hra a una temperatura de 170C.
