Chocolate Cake(Original Photos and Recipe).
Have a nice day everyone! Today I want to show you something very beautiful, delicate and simple - chocolate cake.
Chocolate cake with this recipe is very delicate and slightly moist, the main thing is not to overexert it in the oven to achieve this effect.
Chocolate cake standing in the fridge overnight is perfectly saturated and becomes even juicier. If you want to please your family, try making this cake at home.
Ingredients:
Dough:
Eggs - 6 pcs.
Sugar powder - 150 g
Vanillin - 1 teaspoon
Flour - 130 g
Cocoa - 50 g
Butter -50 g
Cream:
Sour cream 200 g
Sugar powder - 100 g
Lemon and orange juice - to taste
Preparation:
Dough:
Flour with cocoa sift in a bowl. Melt the butter and let it cool down. Eggs beat up with powdered sugar and add vanillin. For egg mass, gradually sift the flour with cocoa and mix well. During mixing, add the melted butter and gently mix everything. Form the baking paste with oil and put the paper for baking. Put the chocolate mass in a mold and smooth the dough with a spatula. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
Cream:
While the filling is being prepared, mix the sour cream with powdered sugar in a lush mass and add the juice of orange and lemon. The cream should be put in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, so that it cools and thickens.
The cooked pie should be allowed to cool slightly and cut into two equal cakes. Each cake is well smeared with sour cream.
To make the pie more interesting and colorful view from above it can be decorated with any fresh or frozen berries.
