SHRIMPS IN THE OVEN

Hello my dear Steemians. Today is an excellent day to prepare an exquisite dish and what better than "Baked Shrimp" to share with family and friends. With this recipe we will cook this crustacean in a healthy way, seasoning it with garlic and parsley, and that will undoubtedly be irresistible to the palate.

As many of us know, the shrimp offers us a great aroma and an exquisite taste, so it does not require large amounts of seasoning. Besides, this seafood is characterized by being low in calories and rich in vitamins and minerals, which makes it perfect for adding it in our diet. This dish can be served as an appetizer or as a main course on any special occasion, accompanied by a salad, and rice, or with the companion you fancy.


You just have to follow these simple steps and you can taste some delicious "Baked Shrimp":


Ingredients:

• 7 shrimp.
• 3 garlic cloves.
• 1 sprig of parsley.
• ½ lemon.
• 3 tablespoons olive oil.
• Salt to taste.


Preparation process:

• The process of preparing these rich shrimp is quite quick and simple so it is advisable to gather and have all the ingredients at our fingertips.

• Once the shrimp are washed, place them on a tray and add the oil and salt to taste. While at the same time we are preheating the oven to 200 ºC.

• On the other hand, the parsley is finely chopped, and also the peeled garlic is filleted.

• Prepare a green sauce with olive oil and garlic and parsley already chopped.

• Shrimp are sprayed with this green sauce and baked in the oven at 190 ° C for approximately 10 minutes.

• And ready, you can serve them with a little lemon and adding a little more of the green sauce. And of course accompanying them with their favorite drink, in my case I do it with a cold beer.
