Pomelo Carving.

Hi Steemians!

Aside from my love of plating,  carving is also one of my favorites. In this photo, I made a pomelo raddish salad and came out with an idea to carved pomelo skin. And here's a result!

You can use this as a centerpiece, fruit bowl, or just a simple design to your buffet table.

For you to be able to perfect carving, focus, discipline and pure dedication to what you're doing is your key. Just like in real life. Things I learned being a father and a partner to @smafey :)
