It has been busy trying to continue to put out and improve on my content.
Life is getting in the way.
Here is a quick one today of a few of my dishes.
My boss tries to keep to a Pritikin diet as much as possible so I have a lots of restrictions in place.

This is a tuna carpaccio of sorts, with loads of different veggies and shoots.
This one is a poached lobster salad. I vac-pac the lobster tail with some olive oil and cook it at 62C for 13 minutes. It comes out super silky.
