Chicken Burger Recipe with delicious chicken patties. Flame broil into a burger or sauté as little patties and serve bare with quinoa and plate of mixed greens. Regardless of what you do, it's THE BEST chicken burgers.

Ingredients

2 lbs boneless and skinless chicken bosoms, cubed
1 egg, substantial
1/2 little onion, cut in pieces
1 garlic clove
1 cut of grew entire grain bread
1/2 tsp salt
Ground dark pepper, to taste
3 tbsp avocado or coconut oil
