Delicious pithes food

This is a type of pitha made in the winter. This pitha can only be eaten during the winter season, as it is made only when winter comes. It is not made throughout the year. A large number of pithas are made at once. To make the pitha, you first need to prepare the dough.
After that, you make a large batch of pithas, place them in a large pot, add water, and boil the pithas in the water. This is how the pitha is made. Afterward, the pitha is either cooked in the oven or fried. Many people prefer to fry it. I personally enjoy eating it both ways. I once placed two pithas in the oven, and within a few minutes, they were ready. I sat down and ate those two pithas. The pitha is very delicious and flavorful when eaten with jaggery.
During winter, almost every household in our country makes this pitha. However, each household prepares it in a slightly different way. Even though it is made differently, it is enjoyable in every form. In different regions, this pitha is known by different names.
