Yokan (adzuki/red bean jelly)
Hello Steemit!
Today I made yokan for snack ^^
My steps;
Soaking for 8 hours;
Cooking the beans;
Adding sugar;
Cooling down;
Mixing the anko so it becomes a better paste;
Add agar agar to boiling water;
Add the red bean paste;
Mix it together (I also added some soymilk)
Add to a mold and put it in the fridge;
After one hour it's ready ^^
