Being a professional chef pretty much means being an artist. I create, develop and re-create dishes even when I don't want to.
The last challenge I had was cooking for my hardest critic...my 8 year old nephew
His honesty levels can be a bit overwhelming but I have adjusted to the criticism and I now take it like a man...(uncle)
Here is my cream chicken and butter potato lunch I made for him, excluding the veggies... Being an uncle I have to maintain my cool.!!! 8
