Chalta pickles ( চালতার আচার) - Made by me

How are you all.I hope everybody is well.I hope you're having a great day.And I am also good.
Friends you know I am Md Aminul Islam from Tangail district of Bangladesh.I'm a foodie lover man.And you know I love homemade food.Me and my family always like the home-made food.We think homemade food is good for our health.Homemade food is free from adulteration.So as much possible, we always try to eat home made food.
Friends pickles are one of my favorite foods.I like mango pickles, olive pickles, chalta pickles etc.These pickles are my favorite item.
You know few days ago I made olive pickles.Today I made another pickles.Today in my home I made one of my favorite pickles.And that's it chalta (চালতা) pickles.Today I made chalta pickles at my home.My wife helped me make chalta pickles.
Some talk about Chalta (চালতা).
English name is "Elephant Apple.And bangla name is Chalta (চালতা).The people of our country call it chalta.Chalta is a very well known fruit of Bangladesh.It is found in all region of Bangladesh.It is available in our country all year round.Chalta is a natural medicine and natural products.It contains a lot of vitamins.Eating it is good for health.Chalta are sour to eat.However, chalta pickles are very popular in our country.The people of our country make only pickles with chalta.The people of our country eat pickles made with chalta.This chalta pickles is very tasty.Chalta pickles are also very beneficial for health.So today I also made pickles with chalta.
Process
First you have to collect chalta from the market or tree.I collected chalta from chalta tree.We have a chalta tree in the garden beside my house.I collected this chalta from that tree.The chalta size is quite large.And it’s very hard.So first you have to cut it carefully.Then the cutting chalta must be washed with water.
Then the cutting chalta have to boiled with water.After boiling, the cutting chalta have to crushed by mortar.Then cook in a container.
ingredient
*Chalta 2 or 3 peace
*Dried pepper
*Cumin powder
*Turmeric powder
*Bay leaves
*Fenugreek
*Sweet spice
*Black cumin
*Sugar
*Oil
These ingredients will be needed to make the chalta pickles.You can add some more spices to enhance the taste.
Such five-mixed (পাঁচফোড়ন) spices.This five-mixed spices is specially made for making pickles.This spice is found everywhere in our region.These five mixed spices can be easily purchased from a store.We use these five mixed spices to enhance the taste of pickles.
আচার তৈরীর জন্য পাঁচফোড়ন মসলা আমাদের দেশের এক জনপ্রিয় মসলা।কারন এই পাঁচফোড়ন মসলার ভিতরে আচার তৈরীর সমস্ত উপকরণ থাকে।আচারের স্বাদ বাড়াতে আমরা এই পাঁচফোড়ন ব্যবহার করে থাকি।এটি আমাদের অঞ্চলের প্রায় সব দোকানেই পাওয়া যায়।আচারের স্বাদ বাড়াতে আপনি এই মসলা ব্যবহার করতে পারেন।
How to cook chalta pickles
You have to take the sugar in a container first.Then mix the chalta with the sugar.Cook for a while.Then you have to apply all these spices in that container.Mix the all spices well and cook for a while.After a while it will become a delicious chalta pickles.Delicious chalta pickles will be made instantly.A healthy and beneficial chalta pickles.

I can't control myself after seeing pickles. Well , we are making mango pickle here and in my house both sour and sweet pickles available because my father like to eat sour mango pickle and I prefer both.
