Preparation for transparent gelatin.
Mix the unflavored gelatin powder with the refined sugar.
Place the cups of water at room temperature in a container and add the gelatin powder with the sugar in the form of rain to hydrate. Dissolve it with a fork so that no lumps remain.
Put the sugar and gelatin in the microwave for a few minutes until they dissolve completely. Verify that it does not boil.
Add citric acid and essence.
Let stand.Dump the gelatin on the molds.
If bubbles appear, they are removed with a spoon.Take to the refrigerator for at least 8 hours before working it.
TIP: Remember that refined sugar helps to make gelatin more transparent.

Place the gelatin powder in a container with the sugar in the form of rain with the cup of water and add the milk.

Let it rest, and when it is at room temperature, added it to the gelatin with the finished flower.
Steps to follow for the making of The Little Mermaid:
1. Mark on the gelatin with a non-toxic, black marker, the shape of the sand on the beach and with a spoon take out the gelatin.
2. The gelatin that you took with the spoon, scratched it with a ray of scratching cheese (for the finest part).
3. Place the scratched gelatin in the empty space where the sand goes on the beach.
4. Seal the scratched gelatin with clear gelatin (above is the recipe), but the transparent gelatin has to be at room temperature, never hot.
5. Here the gelatin has been added and the space where the sand on the beach is sealed.
6. Mark with a non-toxic marker the shape of the trunk of the coconut palm. Remove it with a spoon. Aside, make a dark brown jelly and fill the coconut trunk space with that brown gelatin.
7. Seal with clear gelatin and that the gelatin is at room temperature.
8. Use a syringe, fill it with a light green color (vegetable color) and make the shape of the palm leaf.
9. Seal with clear gelatin and that the gelatin is at room temperature.
10. View through the top of the transparent container.
11. Next to the sand, open a space (or a hole) with the spoon that resembles the sea. Apart, pour the dark blue gelatin in the space or in the hole.
12. View from the bottom of the container.
13. And finally, paint the top part of the transparent container with the vegetal colors: blue, green, yellow and orange that it resembles at sunset. Add the milk jelly (the recipe is above) and bring it to the refrigerator at least 3 hours. Unmold and place the figure of the Little Mermaid on top.
And to eat!
