SHRIMP REVENUE BRAISED

INGREDIENTS


2 kg of prawns

1 cup sour cream.

1/2 cup chopped cilantro

3 tablespoons (soup) of lemon juice

3 medium tomatoes, seeded, cut into quarters

1 medium red bell pepper, seeded, cut into large pieces

1 tablespoon (soup) tomato paste

1/2 cup olive oil

Salt to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION


In blender jar put coriander, lemon juice, tomatoes, onions, peppers, tomato paste, olive oil, salt, beat until a homogeneous mixture,

place in a saucepan, bring to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes or until a thick cream.

Meanwhile, put water in a pan, season with lemon juice to taste, bring to a boil over high heat, add the shrimp, afervente for 1 minute, remove from heat and drain.

Add to the sauce and cook for 5 minutes or until pink, add the cream, mix well and let it warm.

Remove from the heat, go to a serving dish and bring to the table accompanied by white rice.
