MANGO ICE CREAM RECIPE WITH CHOCOLATE CHIPS

Yield: 3 to 4 servings


INGREDIENTS


500g frozen mango

250g natural yoghurt

Zest of 1 lemon

2 tablespoons honey

4 mint leaves

METHOD OF PREPARATION


Freeze the mango into cubes and pass on the processor for a few seconds.

Turn off the processor and add the yogurt, lemon zest, honey and mint.

Beat again.

Put in a container and freeze.

When ready to serve, remove from freezer and add up by chocolate chips.
