What Is Friday Foodies Contest?
For those who have been asking what Friday foodies is all about, please read the introductory post.
How To Participate in The Contest
Participation is not difficult. What is expected of participants is that they put in some effort, if they want to be among the four selected (4) winners, So, please pay attention. Read the rules carefully from the sub heading, What You Need To Do For Friday Foodies, of this post. Also check for your eligibility to participate from here.
For the benefit of those who just want to see the rules clearly outlined, these are the rules
- Give a title for your original food/beverage.
- List ingredients used
- Describe steps of preparation
- Include photographs of key preparation stages/steps
- Post a link of the meal/drink which you prepared on Friday to the blog where Friday foodie will be announced. This
could either be on this blog on @redfishpillar's

What To Expect For Participating
Steemians (especially newbies) who participate in the Friday foodie contest will receive upvotes ranging from $0.50 to $4, depending on how good their entry post is.
First prize-------------$4 upvote
Second prize----------$3 upvote
Third prize ------------$2 upvote
Fourth prize -----------$1 upvote

We would all be the judges for winners on the Saturday following (10/02/2018). All Friday foodie posts, linked to this official announcement post, would be upvoted first with a basic 1% upvote ($0.05). After selection of winners, the upvote would be increased to the prizes won. All posts should be linked to Friday foodies post today and remember to follow the rules.
