At The Grocery Store To Buy Ingredients For Banana And Apple Frappe
Summer time is usually when fruits and vegetables are fresh and in abundance. For those who love drinks, beverages, milkshakes, frappes etc., this is when one can really indulge in a variety of such foods that mother nature has blessed us with.
At The Grocery Store
I took a stroll to a store close to my house to buy groceries for my healthy frappe style drink (milk and sugar free). I bought two (2) simple ingredients for the healthy style frappe; bananas and apples. The most exciting time for me was when a woman in her mid 70's (granny/baba as we call them here in Serbia) came into the shop, saw what I was doing and said to me
''hocu da budem u tvoje selfie'', meaning I want to feature in your selfie

Hahahhaa...da da da! Funny you, @progressivechef. Da means yes in Serbian language/''srpski''. Same here. I love her enthusiasm to feature in my ''selfie'' according to her. These are beautiful moments that I like to capture and keep for generations to see. Yes, she is a great human being. The frappe was really tasty. Trust me. Next one I am going to make will be with coconut milk. Being from the tropics, I like tropical fruits and foods generally. So glad that you had time to stop by to make this useful comment. Thank you once again, @progressivechef! Already contemplating the next original recipe vlog to make which I would probably release midweek (Wednesday, 2nd of August, 2017). My mother is a home economist/domestic scientist. Home economics has three broad areas; food and nutrition, clothing and textile & home management. She is very good in all three areas, but has special interest in clothing and textile. This is where my love for good and healthy food came from- my mother, who is my mentor in food and nutrition.
