Steamed Okra with Bagoong (Shrimp Paste)
Very delicious since I like to eat okra and very easy to prepare as well. Some don't like to eat okra because of its taste and texture especially if you boiled it. Try steaming okra and serve it with shrimp paste so you will appreciate how delicious it is.
Ingredients:
10 pieces okra, trimmed
2 tablespoons sauteed shrimp paste
Procedures:
- In a steamer, steam okra for 10 minutes then transfer to ice water for 3 minutes to stop cooking. Drain.
- Transfer okra into serving plate then serve with sauteed shrimp paste.
