هادا ما نحضره في عيد الاضحى
ناخد احشاء الخروف من كبد وقلب وامعاء ونغسل الكل جيدا ثم ناخد اللحم الطري ونقطعه قطع
وناخد الامعاء نقلبها ونغسلهاثم
ثم نتبل الكل بالملح والابزار والفلفل الاحمر
بعدما نملءالامعاء على شكل صوصيط او نقانق نملء المعدة ايضا ونجمعها بالخيط والابرة
ثم نضع الكل في طنجرة مملؤ بالماء فوق النار حتى تنضج كل من النقانق والمعدة المحشوة
