Composition:
Mushrooms – 300 gr.
Onion – 1 PC.
Sour cream – 100 ml.
Hard cheese – 50 gr.
Olives – 50 gr.
Salt, black pepper – to taste
Tartlets – 30 PCs.
Method of preparation:
Onion peel, finely chop, lightly fried in vegetable oil.
