Dosa
This is popular in South Indian Breakfast. This is made of rice and Black gram( urad dal). There are so many varieties of dosas. masala dosa,onion dosa, plain dosa. Today I am going to prepare plain Dosa.
INGREDIENTS:
Black Gram( Urad Dal): 1 Cup
Rice: 2 Cup
Sali: As per Taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
First, take urad dal and rice soaking 4or 5 hours.
Now take mixie jar and pour them, and grind them softly.
Now take a dosa tawa and heat it. Now take a ladle full of batter, pour it the surface of tawa.
Apply the oil 1/2 tbsp surround the dosa, and rost it.
Now ready to your plain dosa, and serve with tomato chutney, coriander chutney or sambhar as you like.
