This recipe is very simple and easy to prepare. This curry is used with roti an
INGREDIENTS:
Chana dal: soaked 2 hours
Onion: 1 chopped
Jeera:1/2 tbsp
Ginger: a small piece
Garlic: 2 leaves
Oil: 2tbp
Red chili powder:1tbsp
Salt: As per taste
water: as required
Turmeric Powder:1/2 tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS:
First, take a bowl and soaked chana dal 2 hours. Now take mixie jar and add chopped onion, garlic, ginger and jeera to grind them.
Now take a pan and pour oil and heat it. now add onion paste red chili powder and turmeric powder, fry until the raw smell is gone.
Now add soaked dal.fry them a little bit.
Now add water and boil the dal.
And evaporated water and serve with rice or roti.
