BRINJAL BAJJI.(Evening Snack).
INGREDIENTS:
Brinjal: 1 sliced
Chana Besan: 1cup
Salt: As per taste
Red chili powder: 1tbsp
Turmeric Powder:1/2 tbsp
Oil: To fry
INSTRUCTIONS:
First, take a bowl and add chana besan, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and little water to mix them smooth and soft.
Now take a pan and pour oil and heat it. Now take the brinjal and cut the slices.
Now dip the brinjal in that batter and drop the brinjal in that oil.
Until the colour changes to brown and take them out side and serve them hot crispy Brinjal Bajji.
