Pickled Spaghetti
THE INGREDIENTS
In addition to the above-mentioned ingredients:
Salt – 2 to 3 tbsp (as desired)
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Cooking Oil – 8 tbsp
Ground Black pepper (as desired)
PROCEDURES:
PASTA
1. In a pot, boil 16 cups of water.
2. Put half of the cooking oil and 1 tbsp of salt.
3. Cut pasta into halves and throw them into the pot.
4. Cook the pasta until its center of the pasta done. Stir time to time.
5. Drain and set aside.
MEAT
1. Sautee garlic with the remaining oil for a minute.
2. Add the chopped onions.
3. Add the meat, pepper and salt.
4. Cover the pot until the meat is cooked.
5. Add the milk and the sugar.
6. Simmer for 3 minutes.
7. Add the tomato paste.
8. Simmer for 3 minutes.
*Take pasta on the plate, topped with the meat and garnished with the sliced pickles.
