PANCAKES FOR ALL AGES : It is said that the center of our health is in our stomach.
Be it young or old, everyone loves PANCAKES.
This is easy to make yet yummy to the taste. Without further ado, let's get started...
THE INGREDIENTS:
THE PROCEDURES:
#1. Minced the butter since a very minimal heat is all we need.
#2. Melt the butter at a very minimum heat only.
#3. Add-in the milk to the melting butter so to acquire the same temperature. Remove from the heat once room temperature is acquire.
#4. Beat the egg on the sugar.
#5. Combine beaten egg, melted butter with milk, baking powder and vanilla powder (or vanilla syrup).
#6. Add-in sifted flour unto the butter and milk mixture.
#7. Pour in the oil unto the pancake mixture.
#8. Finally, stir the mixture until the oil is thoroughly incorporated. The mixture is now ready for cooking.
#9. Cook the mixture on medium heat. Flip your pancake once desired doneness is achieved. It's better to use non-stick pot or pan though.
#10. And there you have it - THE PANCAKE. Soft and Crunchy - how ironic could it be???
