Indonesia memiliki laut yang sangat luas dan hasil laut yang sangat banyak.

Salah satunya adalah ikan tuna yang memiliki kandungan gizi yang sangat banyak.

-karbohidrat

-lemak & mineral

Ada 7 manfaat dari ikan tuna :

  1. Sebagai sumber protein tubuh
    Ikan tuna memiliki protein yang cukup tinggi. Protein baik untuk otot-otot tubuh agar tetap kuat. Protein juga baik untuk darah, kulit, rambut, dan kuku.
