Torta de Zanahoria /Cake of carrot

Hoy les traigo esta receta , me encanta esta torta , tiene un sabor único a diferencia de las de mas y es fácil de hacer . Ingredientes

• 100 gr de pasas
  -300 gr de harina de trigo
• 3 cucharadas pequeñas de polvo para hornear
• 1 taza de aceite vegetal
• 5 huevos
• 1 taza y media de azúcar
• canela al gusto
• 2 tazas de zanahoria rallada
• 1 taza de leche
  Procedimiento
  batimos las claras de los huevos , hasta que eleven , mezclamos la mantequilla y el azúcar hasta hacer una crema , luego le agregamos la zanahorias y seguimos batiendo , agregamos poco a poco la harina y la leche hasta generar una mezcla compacta , luego agregamos las pasas , la canela y la taza de aceite vegetal mezclamos bien y la dejamos reposar .
  preparamos el molde donde se verterá la mezcla con mantequilla y un poco de harina de trigo , luego vertemos la mezcla y la llevamos al horno a 180 grados centígrados durante 45 minutos ( en caso de que tu horno sea más lento colócalo a 250 grados centígrados y a los 30 minutos revisa como va la torta)
  para saber si la torta ya esta lista con un palillo o un cuchillo , por el centro de la torta metemos el cuchillo si sale completamente seco sin mezcla significa que el pastel ya esta listo .
