Best Mexican Chicken one could have!
Hi everyone,
I guess you're here because you're one hungry individual looking for a wild ride....cooking your first (or best) Mexican Chicken. Well look no further, i'll give you one short and awesome recipe that will surely satisfy your cravings.
I'll start ahead by saying that we'll cook for 6 people, so start calling friends over or do a fast of about 3 days, you should be able to handle it. Put on some music, grab a carrot as a mike and sing along, the chicken will taste better afterwards, i guarantee it. We're making it as spicy as one could bare, running your blood up and down like crazy at about 321 cal.
Sounds fun? Now Stop dreaming, eyes here, hands down, turn your focus on to max...one mistake means misery.
I'll run you through the ingredients:
*1. Who crossed the road?
*2. Squeeze it until the pips squeak
*3. Time to show me some moves! Cha-cha Rumba
*4. Don't sniff it!
*5. Mr. Red
*6. Aka The Stinker - what ever you do - don't eat it, but you need it in the mix, but don't
*7. So is it in or out? Some like both
*8. Photoshop at it's best
By now i would be bored looking at pictures.....not sure how you keep on doing it, i guess you're really hungry, so then let's
...sorry i really had to
*Step 1 : Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees Celsius) - please don't burn the house done, seek adult assistance
*Step 2: Chop it, chew it, mix it, stir it, pour it, set it, bake it
*Step 3: Enjoy!
No but really step 2 really sums it up, but here you go for the newbies in detail:
Arrange the chicken little pieces in a 3 quart casserole dish or something of a 9 x 13 inch resembling a baking dish. Combine the salsa, red bell pepper, cumin, bitcoin, lemon juice, chili powder and garlic. Pour the mixture over the dazzling chicken. Pour the black beans on top and cover up. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve with rice if desired (this i don't know how to cook, google it).
Be sure to stack your bathroom supplies, ear plugs and perfume cause you're going for a wild ride.
I'm confident you'll make it your own, enjoy the time you cook and eat it. It's something you made and with some luck it's good. If it's bad have a laugh and do try it another time, fail forward until you succeed.
Sooooo.....it's a go?
