Ingredients:
Soya Milk
Oats/Oat flour
Banana
Vanilla Extract
Agave Nectar
Instructions:
To a bowl mash up 2 bananas and add 3 cups of soya milk, a table spoon of vanilla extract and a table spoon of agave nectar. Whisk this all together.
Then you can either take some oats and blend them using a blender to make a fine flour or you can just use oat flour if you have some on hand.
Add the oat flour you have made or bought and add to the mixture slowly and whisk until you get a thick consistency. Around 2-3 cups of oats should achieve the right consistency.
Then heat up a pan and add some oil and cook the pancakes!
You can add any fruits to your pancakes to make it more sweet and maple syrup. I added strawberries and bananas and it tasted delicious!
