Thanks @anbpt, for sharing your recipe, that combination, mixture of ingredients and two hours in the refrigerator I did not know it, however, the barbecue is delicious. I tell you that among friends we are accustomed to share and when the weather permits we roast beef from cattle, we only use sea salt which we add progressively while the cooking takes place during the roast and it is delicious.
