Excellent post! Another recipe to add to my list in case i need to cook for so many people under a restrained budget lol...
The situation in Venezuela has changed so much, a few years ago we used to buy a few dozens of these a month to give them to our dog as treats, he loved them....
Yeah, indeed when I was investigating about pork ears that was one of the recipes I saw, pork ears for your dog.
I have to say that now I know why they like them so much! Hahaha
