Let's leave "medium-baked chicken strips" and avolattes in 2017.

Almost every New Year's List this year alludes to the fact that 2017 was one big bullshit, and that's due to several things. Our Earth has experienced countless tragedies during these 12 months: In London, a woman added chocolate to grilled cheese. The fake music festival served its hostages a very sad sandwiches with cheese. Somebody destroyed a hamburger with roasted cheese and macaroni. In retrospection, the cheese has been badly passed last year.

Yup? Is not that the definition of "tragic"? But! But someone combined Pop Tarts and cheese!
In November a student from Iowa, Chris Jorgensen put a Kraft single cheese in the middle if two Pop Tarts with strawberries and shared it with the world. The Internet got so mad that the police of his college arrested him (in a joke). That was the right decision.

In another kitchen-related scandal, Twitter user @hyrulecitizen offended pizza and milk lovers with this scary photo. Marinara: an acceptable dipping sauce. Ranch sauce: an acceptable dipping sauce. Milk: UNACCEPTABLE DIPPING SAUCE. Also, milk is not a sauce!

When we are already talking about this, there is one more thing that shouldn't be done: not to eat raw chicken. In an act that was apparently trolling, Facebook user Morgan Jane Gibbs shared a picture of chopped, not-cooked chicken as an example for the New Year's decision to "eat clean". "It's so tasty, I can't believe I've never tried this before", Gibbs wrote about her "medium-baked chicken" "I can not wait to get into this with a homemade salad and vegetables". RIP Morgan.

Also, RIP human dignity. In 2017, we turned the humble avocado into a 'Guac-E Talk-E', the subject of a NSFW Subreddit, and a freaking LATTE. The avolatte (*shudder*) was introduced by Australian barista Jaydin Nathan, who presumably has gone into hiding since unleashing this cursed beverage upon us.

And in the end, we would be frivolous if we did not include even the worst macaroni with the cheese that the internet has ever seen - a vat of elbow pasta and unmelted shredded cheddar presented to a group of unsuspecting office potluckers. The Twitter caption said everything. Brrr, really. Goodbye and once again goodbye 2017.
