Cook the 6 potatoes in salted water, when soft, pass them through a paspurette or crush with a wooden spoon, add a little milk, taking into account that it should not be very wet, mix the puree with the tuna.
Sweat the chopped scallions in a pan with the tablespoon of butter. Add to the mash, together with the lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste, place the mixture in the fridge so that it cools well and hardens, making it easy to make the croquettes.
Use a spoon the croquettes.
