I'm always hesitant to make this mysterious liquid. I have tried my hand (successfully I would add) at sauerkraut and yogurt but haven't convinced myself that I enjoy kombucha enough to wait out the fermentation interval.

It's somewhat of an acquired taste I guess. I love it! It's like a sour fizzy tea! Maybe start by putting it over ice or adding more juice or other flavors. Who knows what might happen!?
