Goa's famous chicken shakatike fun

Chicken Shakuti is quite famous in the Konkan region of Goa. When making it, chicken or mutton, coconut, poppy and cashmere red chillies are used. It is eaten with bread or rice. Let's make chicken shakuta

Essential stuff for five people
Coconut grated for spices - 1 cup
Garlic - 1 Tablespoon
Dry coriander- 2 teaspoons
Poppy seeds - 1 spoon
Fennel- 1 Tablespoon
Cumin seeds - 1 spoon
Oregano - 1 spoon
Dry red chili - 3-4
Chakri Phul - 3-4
Clove- 4-5
Cinnamon - 2 pieces
Black Pepper - 2 Tablespoons
Chicken for Shakuti- 500 g
Chopped onion - 1 cup
Turmeric - 1 Tablespoon
Salt to taste
Tamarind Paste - 1 Tablespoon
Nutmeg-1 spoon

Method
To make it, firstly marinate the chicken with salt and turmeric. Now fry all dried spices in a pan.

Now heat oil in a pan. Put coconut in it and fry it. Now add coconut, garlic, turmeric, water to all spices and grind them.

-Heat oil in a pan. Fry onion slices in it. Now add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes. Put salt in it and mix it.

Now add a mixture of prepared spices and mix them well. Put water, tamarind paste, nutmeg in it and let it cook for 30 minutes.

-Make the chicken cooked with coriander leaves and serve it.
