Here is what I do. Toe touches, windmills, potato pickers, crunches, sit ups, various back stretches, and squats. I started slow and just tried to do a little every day. Over time I added more repetitions. If I didn't feel like exercising I would just do some of the stretches and call it good. Sometimes later in the day I will do more.
