Lean Eats: Baked Chicken Drumsticks And Zucchini.
Simple stuff here, and it helps you get over the boring chicken breast if you can afford the extra fat. It's also waaaaay cheap. I bought a ton of these at Aldi for $3.86, so if you're embracing the struggle like I am lately- don't skip the drumsticks as a viable fitness meal option.
Season these guys how you like. I would tell you what we do but my girlfriend usually seasons this dish and it tastes amazing. After seasoning put those suckers on a grilling trey in the oven so the extra fat gets cooked out. After 30 minutes pull them up and flip them over and repeat for another 30 minutes.
The zucchini takes about 25-30 minutes to bake. Make sure to season it well or it won't be very tasty. You can just toss it in with the chicken after the flip.
