Triangles of home puff pastry
flour 500 g
margarine (room temperature) 200 g
sour cream (yogurt, yogurt) 100 ml
eggs 1 pc.
sugar 3 tbsp.
salt 1 pinch
Mix the flour with a soft margarine or butter with your hands in buttery crumb, add the yolk, sour cream, knead the dough, place the dough in the fridge.
For cooking cookies cut a little dough, roll out, cut into a triangle with a pizza knife.
Put the protein in one bowl, pour sugar into the other, each biscuit dipped only one side into the protein, and then sugar.
Transfer the dry side to the baking sheet, sprinkled with flour, bake at 180 degrees until the color changes.
