My favorite dessert "Quesillo"

The quesillo is a delicious dessert that you can't miss on a birthday, particularly I like to prepare it at home, I usually do it at weekends, but I find it a little difficult in my country with the high costs and shortage of materials so I don't prepare it so often.

METHOD OF PREPARATION
In a skillet, beat 4 eggs well, add 399 grams of condensed milk (this is the amount in a can), 2 cups of milk measured in the can of condensed milk, 2 tablespoons of vanilla and ½ teaspoon of lemon peel, mix well the ingredients, mix by hand or beat in the blender until smooth (approx. 3 minutes).
In another hermetic container known as a quesadillera, the caramel is prepared with four tablespoons of sugar and one of vanilla, cooked over a low heat until the sugar melts and takes on a dark colour. Still warm, the caramel is spread all over the mould and allowed to cool. Then the ingredients are added to the mold where the caramel was and cooked in the bain-marie for 45 minutes, but can also be baked in the oven if desired.
