WHY are bananas good for you?

Bananas are a wonderful tropic fruit, with a truly unique taste that is pretty much similar to what heaven tastes like. In the picture below, you can see clearly now how much wonders only one banana does to my wholeness.

Yes, we get it, but why are they so good for us?

I don't really know where to start, so, lets just do it random way.

They can actually help you fight depression, since they are packed with tryptophan which converts into serotonin.
They are actually pretty strong fuel to consume pre-workout, have you ever watched tennis game?
Since they have a relaxation promoting benefits, they are actually good nutritional choice for women when PMS hits in.
Thanks to the iron found in them, they will eventually improve your blood quality and relieve anemia.
Pectin that is found in them, aids digestion pretty good and in the same time helps with internal washing of the body.
Need to replenish your electrolytes? Have a banana, sir!
Nicely loaded with potassium, they are ideal fruit to consume before an exam or if you just wanna feel more alert in general.
Beautiful source of magnesium as well, therefore speeding up your recovery from basically anything.
And believe it or not, they actually do stabilize sugar levels in your blood, similar to spirulina.

So, try not to forget next time, banana is a perfect addition to almost every smoothie! :)
