Aunque no son de mis favoritas son muy saludables, buenas para la salud, ricas en vitaminas, hierro, etc. Para llevar una vida saludable debemos hacer sacrificios, en mi caso, aunque no me gustan no dejo de consumirlas. Lo bueno de estas dos frutas es que las puedes conseguir durante todo el año
