Fruitcakes in a hurry, which are always obtained
200 g of sugar
110 grams of soft butter
2 eggs
vanillin / vanilla sugar
200 gr of flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup of milk
Mix all ingredients
Add any fruit or chocolate (cocoa, poppy, sesame, etc.)
Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees 20-25 minutes

The cakes look yummy and so delicious. I love the color of the fruitcakes,they have a nice brown color to it.
