Chocolate pizza with almonds and raspberries
The pizza has a completely unearthly appearance: mysterious thin white strips "tie" bright raspberries to a dark background.
for the test:
egg yolk 1 pc.
flour ¼ cup
cocoa powder 3 tbsp.
butter (softened) 2 tbsp.
sugar 2 tbsp.
vanilla extract ¼ tsp
baking powder ⅛ tsp
For filling:
chocolate black bitter 45 g
chocolate white 30 g
coconut shaving 2 tablespoons
almond petals 2 tbsp.

Bitter chocolate or rub it in small pieces. The coconut shavings should be roasted in the oven along with the almond petals.
For the base, mix softened butter, sugar, large yolk and vanillin extract. Pour in wheat flour, cocoa powder and baking powder for dough.
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, lay out the resulting dough, mold the disc with a small side. Put in the oven for nine minutes.
Take the baking out of the oven, sprinkle with chocolate chips, return to the oven for a minute: the chocolate should melt.
Remove the product, smudge the chocolate, sprinkle with coconut shavings and almonds. Put the fresh raspberries. Pizza sprinkle with melted white chocolate and serve.
