Buns for tea with raspberry jam
flour 4 cups
sugar ¾ cups
butter (softened) ½ cup
orange juice ¼ cup
eggs 3 pcs.
baking powder 3 tsp.
vanillin 1 tsp
salt ½ tsp
walnuts, ground
jam raspberry

raisins
for sprinkling:
cinnamon
sugar
Pour the sifted flour with salt, baking powder and sugar on the table, make a hill with a hole at the top of the cone.
Stir the orange juice, eggs, butter, vanillin, pour into the hole, knead the dough, wrap it in a film, send it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Divide the colobok into 4 parts, roll out each rectangle, grease with butter, and then jam, sprinkle with a mixture of crushed nut and raisins, roll each into a tube.
Cut the rolls into 12-14 pieces, shift the buns to tea with raspberry jam on buttered and baking sheet lined with parchment.
Sprinkle the top of the buns with sugar and cinnamon, cook for 25-30 minutes in a preheated oven to 190 degrees. Have a nice tea!
